TSI Testing March 30th - April 11th, 2016
Students will take the Texas Success Initiative Test in school this week and next. This test is to determine college readiness and must be passed before attending college or university. By taking it in high school, it allows them to take Dual Credit classes and AP Exams.

FAFSA Night - December 14th, 2015
Seniors! Come learn all the ins and outs of filling out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), including deadlines and where to send the information, from real college
financial aid officers. University of Texas at Arlington will have representatives to assist you and answer financial aid questions at 6:30 PM on December 14th.
Spring Break Europe Trip - March 12-20, 2015
Come explore Madrid, Spain, Barcelona, Spain and Istanbul, Turkey over an exciting 8-day trip with fellow parents, students and/or staff.
The popular Spend the Night with the Corps (SNWC) program offers high school juniors and seniors and transfer students a unique, first-hand experience of Corps and student life at Texas A&M. During the program, participants will:
- Meet current cadets and learn about their experiences in the Corps
- Stay in the Corps dorms on campus
- Eat meals with cadet outfits and watch formations
- Attend a class with a cadet
- Hear from key staff about Corps experience
- Learn about the university admissions process, financial aid, scholarships and academic support
- For those interested, have the chance to visit with the Aggie Band director about the world famous Fightin' Texas Aggie Band
Dates and Schedule
The Spend the Night Program is offered most weeks during the fall and spring semesters. Check-in for the SNWC Program is at the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. on your scheduled date of arrival. The program concludes the following day at approximately 12:30pm.
SNWC cost is $15 per student for meals, payable at check in. To register and learn about attendance requirements, click on the button above and submit the online registration. A confirmation packet will then be mailed to you with the required forms. Your registration is not complete until we receive your required forms (click here) by fax or email. Due to a limited number of spots, prompt return of the forms is encouraged.
If traveling by bus or plane, please make your arrival/departure destination Bryan, Texas (bus) or College Station, Texas (air). Texas A&M will ONLY provide transportation to and from the Bryan Bus Station or the College Station airport (CLL), Easterwood Field. A commercial shuttle service from Houston Intercontinental and Houston Hobby Airports to College Station is available (www.groundshuttle.com). If you are traveling by bus, air, or shuttle, please make that known as early as possible so we can be sure to plan for your arrival and departure.
We encourage parents to attend our "Informal Parent Meeting" with our staff from 10:15 a.m. - Noon on the second day. Please be sure to verify time and location at check-in.

UT Arlington Maverick Experience - November 23rd, 2015
Come experience all that UT Arlington has to offer! Spend the day attending seminars on Financial Aid, Admissions and Housing. Visit various colleges within the university to find out about the exciting degree plans offered. Tour the campus and visit actual college dorms while exploring the various dining options available on campus.
